P5/6 & P6 Award Ceremony and Celebration!

If you want to bring non-school uniform or pyjamas with you to wear for our celebration then you can 😊

Crown Primary 6

This Thursday we will be hosting the first ever P5/6 and P6 award ceremony and celebration!

We are so proud of all the hard work from our classes over the year and we feel this calls for a celebration!

We would ask that everyone brings one item for our celebration that can be shared. For example a share size bag of crisps, punnet of grapes or a packet of biscuits (no nuts please). Please bring your items in on Wednesday at the latest if possible.

Thank you!

Can you believe it?

Our school year comes to an end on Friday at 12pm. What a year it has been!

It has been a huge privilege to lead Crown for my first year and I would like to thank all parents for their overwhelming  support – it has been much appreciated.

Even where there have been inevitable “bumps in the road”, your faith in our positive approach  has ensured that all concerns have been overcome.

Our End of Year service will be in Crown Church at 930am as we say goodbye to our P7s. Parents are asked to sit in the balcony to ensure there is space for all classes.  There will be a collection for much needed funds for Young Crown SCIO, whose great work is made possible by donations.

Hope to see you there!

Qualities of a Good Parent/ Carer

A massive thank you to Chris for visiting us with the lovely Seoras to tell us all about the qualities that a good parent/ carer needs! We discussed how he felt when he found out he would be a dad and what day to day life is like as a parent/ carer. Finally he spoke about the best bits and some of the challenges of having kids.
